Used for tightening the fasteners of engine cylinder block head where the tightening torque is controlled in conjunction with the fasteners rotation angle.
Has a standard square drive 1/2" (12.5 mm) for the tap wrench.
Measuring scale is 360 degrees.
Scale interval - 2 degrees.
