TURBOMAX metal drill bit set
- Drills are used for drilling holes in products made of carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, plastics, wood and composites.
- TURBOMAX drills have 3 formed cutting tips on the main cutting edge and a wavy edge shape. This allows the load to be distributed and the cutting force to be dispersed between each apex. The three-edge design effectively dissipates heat, increasing drill life, especially when machining deep holes.
- Drill bit material - high-speed steel P6M5, has a high content of tungsten and molybdenum, which provides high wear resistance, strength and heat resistance (up to a temperature of 600 °C).
- The drills are titanium nitride (NiTi) coated, hardened to 63-66 HRC and fitted with a cylindrical shank.
- The set is packed in a plastic case.
