PILOT metal drill bit set
- Drills are used for drilling holes in products made of carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, plastics, wood and composites.
- PILOT drills have a two-stage sharpening form of the cutting part that ensures precise positioning - the guide part precisely guides the main cutting part, minimizing misalignment.
- Drill bit material - high-speed steel P6M5, has a high content of tungsten and molybdenum, which provides high wear resistance, strength and heat resistance (up to a temperature of 600 °C).
- The drills are titanium nitride (NiTi) coated, hardened to 63-66 HRC and fitted with a cylindrical shank.
- The set is packed in a plastic case.
